Job Description
We are seeking a talented and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our creative team. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales for our wide range of media production services.

 Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans

• Generate leads and pursue new business opportunities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners

• Present and pitch our services to potential clients

• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets

• Collaborate with creative and production teams for proposal building

• Manage social media and digital marketing campaigns (preferred)

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably in media/production

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities

• UAE driving license preferred

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive

• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

Job Description
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Visual Editor to join our post-production team. You will work on a variety of video content—from corporate videos and ads to event highlights and animations. You’ll assist in editing, color correction, sound syncing, and exporting high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Assist in editing video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools

• Organize footage and manage project files efficiently

• Support in color grading, audio syncing, and motion graphics

• Collaborate with producers, directors, and other editors

• Ensure timely delivery of edits as per the production schedule

• Adapt feedback and work in a fast-paced creative environment

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in video editing or post-production (internships/freelance acceptable)

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and basic knowledge of Photoshop

• Good sense of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling

• Attention to detail and willingness to learn

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and accept feedback constructively

• Portfolio or showreel must be submitted with application
